Returns and Exchanges

At Scene Jackets, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love what you order, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-sized jackets, personalized orders, and products that have been used or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send us an email at [support@scenejackets.com] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Item Back: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
  3. Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchange Policy

  • Size or Product Exchange: If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange your product for a different design, please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • The item being exchanged must be unused, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund after assessing the issue.

Additional Information

  • Custom Orders: Please note that items made to your specifications, including custom-size jackets and unique cosplay designs, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty.
  • Processing Times: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received.
